I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the shower quality was terrible. The location was convenient, being very close to the train line and Paddington tube, but it was a bit noisy. The service, on the other hand, was commendable with personal requests taken care of promptly. The dining experience was a delight with Vienna Beef hot dogs included, adding great value for money. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory, offering a decent stay overall.
